By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. Beautopia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@beautopia.store. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened beauty products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
